Agylia has partnered with SLR Consulting, a global environmental and advisory solutions provider, to deliver the learning and development programmes it provides its employees across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and Africa.

SLR Consulting strategy’s is centred around five elements: Culture, Clients, People, Business and Communities. With the Agylia Learning Management System (LMS), SLR is aligning its learning strategy with the five elements to enable sustainable organisation growth.

Nicky Batt, Regional HR Manager at SLR said, “Our people and our culture play a key role in the development of our business. With Agylia we’ll have a powerful learning platform to manage and deliver the knowledge and continuing professional development (CPD) that’s expected from a highly skilled and educated workforce.”

“We are an independent provider of high-quality, client-focused consultancy and advisory services, and our clients rely on us being compliant across a number of disciplines. With Agylia we can deliver our compliance programmes and manage staff certification and renewals. Crucially, we’ll also be able to provide our clients with evidence of our compliance - which strengthens our customer loyalty and in turn enables us to grow our business,” added Nicky.

Agylia will provide SLR with a central point for their learning analytics. They’ll now have a rich set of management information that’s easily interrogated and reviewed. Collating information quickly and accurately will enable SLR to analyse the performance of their learning programmes, see any gaps in an employee’s learning record and where required, react and deliver new or additional learning programmes to improve knowledge and ensure compliance across the organisation.

Using Agylia, SLR will be able to provide their learners with a wide range of learning content, from formal eLearning courses and documents to informal learning and performance support materials such as YouTube videos and TED Talks.

Agylia will provide SLR with an easy-to-use, fully branded portal that learners can use to access their learning content whether they’re in the office, at home or working away from their usual place of work. On the administration side Nicky commented, “Agylia is really intuitive to use, it’s quick and easy to upload and target content - it’s one of the easiest LMSs I’ve used.”

As SLR’s learning strategy develops, Agylia will easily scale to enable them to deliver a wide range of learning programmes, including induction, just-in-time and performance support programmes- future proofing their learning strategy.

Nicky concluded, “Agylia have been great to work with during our implementation. They’re keen to help and have been able to quickly resolve any problems we’ve encountered. We look forward to our continued work with Agylia as we develop and deliver our learning and development strategy.”
