LT2024: Business coaching and language training

Speexx is a global digital learning brand with what it describes as the only all-in-one platform providing business coaching, mentoring and language training. Founded in Munich, Germany, over twenty years ago, today Speexx employs 2,000 staff serving 8 million learners across 2,000 customer organisations and has subsideriary operations all over the world, including in China and the Americas. In 2024 it was voted the world's best educational software by G2.

The business was co-founded by Armin Hopp and he joined Learning News at Learning Technologies 2024 with an update on the business, its strategy and its latest development which includes building mentoring functionality into the platform. We asked Armin about the top priorities for L&D in the period ahead, which he explains as leveraging data and AI to enhance learning.
