Lars Hyland explains what's new at Totara at Learning Technologies 2024.
Totara recently launched version 18 of its unified talent experience suite, which brings learning management, performance & feedback and collaboration into one platform.
Lars Hyland explains: “What we really want to focus on is outcomes driven by, yes learning and content, but also practice, conversation with others and feedback and evidence.”
Lars points to the challenge facing L&D: “Really honing in on linking learning & development activity to business needs and objectives. That link is still tenuous in many cases. These are themes that have been around for a while and as we move into AI-driven solutions we've got to be careful that doesn't distract from that core goal.”
