Towards Maturity Invites L&D Professionals to Talk with Global Learning Experts at This Year’s Learning Technologies eXchanges

London, UKLearning NewsTowards Maturity

This year’s eXchanges speakers include Bob Mosher, Cathy Moore, David Kelly and Top Deck L&D leaders from the 2015 Towards Maturity Benchmark.

Learning and development professionals attending the Learning Technologies conference and exhibition 2016 are being given the opportunity to meet and discuss key topics with conference speakers for free.

Towards Maturity is joining forces with Training Journal to facilitate eight face-to-face, 60-minute roundtable discussions, which will take place over two days on stand H21. These discussions will feature global learning experts, such as performance support pioneer Bob Mosher and blended learning evangelist Clive Shepherd, as well as learning leaders from top learning companies.

As well as providing insights into the big conference themes, learning leaders will be available to discuss how to turn insights into action - a key theme of Towards Maturity’s work for 2016.

Lynne Rutherford, Group Vice President Learning & Development at Brambles, a supply-chain logistics company operating in more than 50 countries, will be talking through how to build a culture of learning, whilst Brian Murphy, Head of Learning & Development for EMEA at global banking group Citi, will be sharing how the organisation has embedded learning into the workflow.

Laura Overton, Managing Director of Towards Maturity, comments,

"We have an absolutely stellar line-up of speakers covering the big themes in L&D, from performance support to the learner experience. We are also delighted that learning leaders from our Top Deck organisations will be available to share the secrets of their success. There is no other event in the calendar where L&D professionals get the chance to quiz leading experts and peers for free."
